Can you put the money directly into my account?
Yes, we offer direct deposit services to ensure timely and secure transfer of rental income into your designated bank account. -
Do I get to see the lease or sign it?
Absolutely. We provide you with a copy of the lease agreement for your review signature before it is finalized. -
How and when do I get my checks?
Rental income is disbursed monthly via direct deposit. You will receive detailed statements outlining income and expenses for the period. -
How is rent collection handled?
We manage all aspects of rent collection, including sending reminders and following up on late payments, to ensure consistent cash flow. -
How long of a lease do you sign?
Lease terms are typically 12 months, but we do offer seasonal management and can accommodate different durations based on your preferences and market conditions. -
How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
The standard security deposit is equivalent to one month's rent, though this may vary depending on specific circumstances. -
How soon can you start managing my property?
We can begin managing your property as soon as the management agreement is signed and all necessary documentation is completed. -
What type of properties do you manage?
We manage a variety of properties, including single-family homes, duplexes, condominiums, and apartments. -
What type of reports do I get and how often?
Owners receive monthly financial statements detailing income, expenses, and any maintenance activities. These reports are accessible through our online owner portal. All information is updated in real time through your portal. -
Who holds the tenant security deposit?
We hold tenant security deposits in a separate, federally insured trust account, in compliance with Florida state regulations.
