• Information you give us: name, email address, phone number, property address and any message you type into a contact, rental analysis, referral or inquiry form.
• Information collected automatically: pages viewed, referring website, approximate location, browser and device type, collected through standard web logs and, where enabled, analytics tools.
• Rental applications, background and credit screening, lease documents, payments and maintenance requests are handled inside our management software (Rentvine) and our showing and application partner (RentEngine) under their own privacy terms.

• To answer your question, prepare a rental analysis or process an inquiry.
• To manage properties, leases, maintenance and accounting for our clients.
• To improve the website and understand which pages and searches bring people to us.
• To send occasional updates about our services. Every email includes a way to opt out.
